My favourite TV Programmes

If anyone knows me, I LOVE to watch TV, I am always on the lookout for new programmes to get into especially this time of year. When all you want to do is cuddle up on the sofa with a good series, blanket and a hot chocolate.  But before anyone asks I don’t just sit in front of the TV  in my spare time. This post is a little different than what I sually do but I thought why not share with everyone what I watch and whats my favourite and just have a little chat about different programmes.

The XFACTOR

I have watched the XFactor this year. I don’t always watch it every year as sometimes I think it just gets too boring. I have realised that in the auditions they don’t seem to have as many joke acts which isn’t necessarily a bad thing but that’s all people would talk about is the severely bad acts. However, I do feel that this year has sort of been rushed to some extent. They seem to change it every year. Personally, I prefer it when they start off in that small room with 4 judges and then work their way along and I am also not keen on the whole 6 chair challenge. So Molly Scott left last night, did you agree with that result? and obviously, I can’t write a post about XFactor without mentioning that time Louis and Sharon got kicked out of the room by Simon for laughing and Sharon walks into the door haha! classic moment.

The Only Way Is Essex

For anyone who doesn’t know the slightest thing about TOWIE, it is based in Brentwood Essex and there is always drama, breakups and arguments. It never used to be scripted but apparently, now it is all scripted. I know everyone says this is such a cliche programme and they genuinely cannot stand it, however, I have watched it since day one. I haven’t always enjoyed it I just kept on going with it really. this is where my love for Joey Essex started and if anyone knows me would know that I used to be completely obsessed with him. I don’t really think I have much to say about TOWIE but I do enjoy it and I watch it every week.  One thing I would say is that I much prefer when they would put it on a Sunday and Wednesday rather than just Sunday.

Absolutely Ascot

I started watching this a few weeks ago and it was totally by accident as it is on Sundays after TOWIE. I literally just left the tv on and then started watching it. I would say its very much like TOWIE, drama and arguments and breakups just with a different accent and different place. I don’t think it has been on long but I thought it would be worth mentioning if you like TOWIE, Made in Chelsea and Real Housewives etc.

Strictly Come Dancing

Now the only reason I watch this is for Joe Sugg, I have watched it once before but only on youtube for catch ups for Judge Rinder but I had never actually sat down and watched it until now. I must say I am actually really enjoying it and they are all really talented. I never thought I’d actually enjoy it as much as I am but I do wonder if I would carry on watching next year. My winner is definitely Joe Sugg and Dianne or Ashley and Pasha.

Celebs Go Dating

I have just started to watch Celebs go dating, this year’s series, I’ve watched every other series religiously obviously because Joey Essex was in the first two 😉 I am quite upset with all the controversy regarding Eden and Nadia, I actually miss them working together and It just doesn’t seem the same without Eden. I don’t know if anyone else has also realised but the celebs go on so many dates but none of them actually stay with anyone? It is very strange but as my partner said its all about the money really. I must say Liv is probably my favourite in this years so far as I know more will arrive soon enough.

I watch so many programmes it would be hard to write about all of them but I thought I’d just list a few as most of these next ones are on Netflix and now tv which I will be writing a separate post about because so many people ask for peoples favourite Netflix shows. I love Marlon, Black lightening, OITNB, Just tattoo of us, Ex on the beach, Flash, PLL, Sam and Billie Faeirs mummy diaries, first dates and so many more. I also watch the typical soaps Eastenders and Hollyoaks.

I hope you enjoyed this post and keep a look out for my next one!
