Different types of shapewear

So this post is a little different from my usual posts however since having a baby I have spoken to a lot of mums about losing weight and the best thing to get your pre-baby body back and the truth is, it will never be the same, you can work towards a good body but it will never ever be the same you have carried a baby for 9 months your body has changed so much to accommodate for that baby. don’t be too hard on yourselves!

one thing that did come up quite a lot is shapewear. for those of you who don’t know what shapewear is it is used a lot now to either lift bum, suck in your tummy you can even get waist trainers that eventually alter your body shape (more about that another day).

I know plenty of mums that wear shapewear and I think it is a wonderful idea, it makes you feel confident it hides all your insecurities about your body and just makes you feel amazing all in all.
