Femme Luxe Finery - Dress and Loungewear Reviews -

As you all know I have been working with Femme Luxe for a few months now.

Every month or so I like to do a Femme Luxe post with a theme, however this time there is no particular theme and I have just chosen a selection of items, more than one dress and some loungewear purely because being pregnant it’s really hard to find items within a running theme.

Here are the 4 pieces I chose;

This is probably one of my favourite loungewear sets I have ever received from Femme Luxe. As soon as I opened it, it gave me maternity clothing vibes straight away! which is okay because obviously I’m pregnant. It fits so lovely and not too snug. The trousers are not too tight and both are very lovely material that doesn’t make you feel too hot. I think they look lovely on and Id definitely recommend if you’re looking for something comfy and lightweight.

This dress is actually the cutest thing, I actually love the way this looks on me and I don’t say that very often. The colour is stunning and has so many other colours to choose from too! It’s really soft and did not find the material irritating at all. Again this is so versatile that you could style it up with jeans if you wanted to. It also really flatters my bump, but unfortunately, I don’t think this will be fitting me for very long but it is ever so cosy and so easy to style up or down.

Khaki Oversized Sweater Dress – Ola

Unfortunately, I was unable to find the link to this dress on the website, which could mean that it is out of stock. I am sure the price of this was, however, £12.99.

I absolutely love this sweater dress and it is super super comfy, perfect for lounging about or going down the road. and although it is miles too big for me as I ordered a 12/14, my little bump will be able to grow into it which is fab. When pregnant you definitely need that oversized dress as they do not restrict you and they just feel so free! As the winter months are also coming up it means I am able to style this with some leggings or jeans and a belt to keep me nice and cosy in those wintery months.

Black Slinky Open Ruched Backless Midi Dress – Aureila

This dress definitely isn’t a ‘me’ dress. Although it does flatter my bump A LOT. I feel huge with this one and definitely, would be appropriate to wear to a party. The straps however really got on my nerves. I think it’s just because I’m not used to wearing dresses like these so it was quite irritating and it felt the dress just did not sit right on me. I am however very fussy with what I wear and I have always dressed ‘like a mum’ so I think it is more that it was just not in my comfort zone.
